Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping times
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after processing.

Because each SineHaven set is made and quality-checked to order, we appreciate your patience — it's worth the wait.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow 2–4 days for the tracking status to update.

Where we ship
We currently ship worldwide. Import duties or taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or delayed orders
