We want you to actually love your SineHaven. Sleep on it, lie on it, make it part of your

evening for 30 nights. If it doesn't become the easiest part of your day, we'll refund you.

How to start a return

Email sinehavenshop@gmail.com

with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We'll send you simple return instructions.

Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- For hygiene reasons, the item should be in clean, resellable condition.
- Original return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment

method within 5–7 business days. You'll get an email when it's done.Damaged or wrong item

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, 

email sinehavenshop@gmail.com with a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or

refund you in full — no return needed.
