What is the SineHaven tuning fork?
It's a weighted metal tuning fork. You strike it once and rest the stem against your palm or chest to feel a low, steady vibration — a simple, screen-free way to pause and wind down. It's a wellness ritual, not a medical device.
How do I use it?
Strike the fork gently against the striker (or the heel of your hand), then place the flat end of the stem against your palm, wrist, or breastbone. Take a slow breath and let the hum settle. One to three minutes is plenty. Use it before bed, between tasks, or any moment you feel switched-on and can't slow down.
What's the difference between the single fork and the complete set?
The Single Fork (128 Hz) is the essential — one weighted fork, a striker, and a pouch. The Complete Set adds 136.1 Hz, 256 Hz and 384 Hz in a leather roll pouch with an activator and mallet, for a fuller range of tones.
